• "You," "Your," "Client" refers to the individual or organisation accessing our website or engaging our services
• "Services" refers to our AI Strategy Workshops, Machine Learning Integration, and Talent Development programmes
• "Website" refers to the Axiomind website located at axioominad.info
• "Content" refers to all information, text, graphics, and materials on our website
• "Agreement" refers to the combined acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any separate service agreements

Geographic availability of services is primarily within Singapore, though remote delivery may be available for certain programmes. Service delivery timelines and formats are specified in individual service agreements.

Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, documentation, methodologies, and software, is owned by Axiomind or our licensors and protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. This includes our programme curricula, assessment frameworks, documentation templates, and proprietary methodologies.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Client-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any data, materials, or intellectual property you provide during our engagements. However, you grant us a license to use such materials solely for delivering contracted services.

Deliverables created specifically for you during our engagement (such as customised roadmaps or documentation) become your property upon full payment, subject to our right to retain anonymised copies for internal reference and methodology improvement.

Programme pricing is specified on our website and in individual service agreements. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be outlined in service agreements and typically require: 50% deposit upon agreement signing, remaining balance payable according to programme milestones or upon completion. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and corporate cheques. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate permitted under Singapore law.

Refund Policy: Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund eligibility for programme fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on project stage and deliverables completed. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing with justification.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for future engagements. Pricing changes do not affect services already contracted under previous terms.

AI Strategy Workshops

Workshops require client participation from designated stakeholders. We will provide facilitation and documentation, but cannot control participant engagement or guarantee specific business outcomes. Postponements requested less than seven days before scheduled workshops may incur rescheduling fees.

Machine Learning Integration

Integration services assume you have existing trained models and necessary infrastructure access. We provide deployment architecture and implementation support but do not guarantee model accuracy or performance, which depends on training data quality and your operational environment. You are responsible for ongoing model monitoring and compliance with relevant regulations.

Talent Development Programmes

Programme effectiveness depends on participant engagement and practice application. We provide curriculum, instruction, and materials but cannot guarantee individual learning outcomes. Participants are expected to complete assigned exercises and attend scheduled sessions. Certificates or completion records are provided upon satisfactory participation.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during our engagement. Confidential information includes business strategies, technical data, project details, and any information marked as confidential.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to: information already public through no breach of this agreement, information independently developed, information required to be disclosed by law, and information received from third parties without confidentiality restrictions.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our agreement and remain in effect for three years from the date of disclosure unless otherwise specified in separate confidentiality agreements.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate information and quality services, we do not warrant that:

Machine learning models and AI systems involve inherent uncertainties. We cannot guarantee specific accuracy levels, business outcomes, or return on investment from AI initiatives, as results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Axiomind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities, arising from:

• • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• • Errors or omissions in content or services
• • Any other matter relating to our services

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Axiomind, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of our services, violation of these terms, infringement of third-party rights, or your data or content provided to us. This indemnification obligation survives termination of our agreement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to our business interests or other users.

Either party may terminate service engagements according to terms specified in individual service agreements. Termination procedures typically require written notice and may involve financial obligations for work completed to date.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution through informal negotiation. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

For service agreement disputes exceeding SGD 50,000, parties may agree to submit to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing litigation.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axiomind regarding use of our website and services.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
